“Early Bird” registration for this workshop extends until October 14th, and the fee is $400 per attendee.
After October 14th, the registration fee for this workshop will be $475 per attendee.

The workshop will be held in Alachua. There are possible accommodations available to out-of-town attendees at $40/night per person for shared occupancy, or $50/night for single rooms ($80 / $100 total for two nights).
About this Workshop
In bioenergetics, we call mindfulness self-awareness. Self-awareness is the foundation of making the changes you want to make in your life, but it is only the beginning. Beyond self-awareness comes self-expression, and finally, the ultimate goal of self-possession.
Self-possession is your capacity to move and/or hold your physical and emotional energy at the right level of intensity for the moment you are in. With increased self-possession, you can efficiently achieve your current and future goals.
This experiential workshop will increase your capacity for making the right movements at the right intensity. The tools you gain will enhance your self-possession, and the rich connections you make with group members will enliven you.

About the Leaders
Leah Benson, Ed.M.
Leah Benson Ed.M., is a nationally certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor and certified Bioenergetic Therapist. Leah is a graduate of the Florida Society for Bioenergetic Analysis.
In 2001, she established her Tampa based private practice (leahbensontherapy.com) where she integrates bioenergetics with other approaches to promote emotional success and lasting happiness.
She is the author of Emotional Eutopia, The Feel-Good Formula, and most recently, The Beginners Guide to Ketamine Therapy for Mental Health.

Travel
The closest airports are Jacksonville International (JAX) in Florida, which is an hour and 20 minutes away by car, and the Gainesville Regional (GNV) which is a 20 min. drive. International trainees frequently use the Orlando, Tampa and Miami airports.
CE Credits
The Florida Society for Bioenergetics offers 13 State of Florida CE credits to Mental Health Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Our CEUs are also accepted for State of Florida Psychologist and by the Board for many other helping professions. MH 2814
